Group Cycling is a cardiovascular training activity performed in a group setting on stationary bikes using visualization and variable intensity to achieve fitness results that include: improved cardiovascular fitness level, improved core strength, improved muscular endurance and more. For those who cannot commit to a full session of group cycling classes a new drop-in rate is available. If there are bikes available for a particular class you may pay the $8 drop-in rate and join the class. This is on a first come, first served basis and you may not reserve a bike for you or a friend (you may call RiverChase to see if there are bikes open before you make the drive but you cannot reserve a bike). You will need to pay at the front desk and get a card from a front desk staff member. Take the card and give it to the class instructor.
