Personal Training Program

Training sessions will be customized for all abilities ranging from a first timer in the gym to the physically fit athlete. Training sessions are 30 minutes and by appointment only.
Intro to Personal Training
This is a one hour introduction to personal training and how to use the fitness equipment. Our personal trainers will help you feel more comfortable in the fitness center. Participants will leave with a workout card detailing all seat adjustments and weight and workout recommendations.
Fee:
- $40 - One Client
- $60 - Two Clients

First-time client:

Returning Clients:
- One Session - $30

Small Group Training
If you want to workout with friends, family or co-workers, then small group packs are for you. Groups from 2-4 people can workout together and have a blast getting into shape. The small group sessions are 30 minutes and by appointment only.
First Time Client:
- Pack of 3 - $41 per person (first time session includes fitness assessment)
Returning Clients:
- One Session - $18 per person
- 6 Pack - $95 per person
- 12 Pack $180 per person
