​ ​Due to COVID-19, The City Of Fenton is CLOSED to the public. During this time you are not able to make a payment in person. HOWEVER, you may utilize the courts drop box during normal business hours. The courts business hours are from 8:00am-4:00pm. If you pay with cash, you must pay the exact amount. Since we are closed, we can not give back change. Once you drop off your payment, you must call the courts so we can retrieve it immediately. ​636-343-1007 ext: 0

If you are coming in to pay at the window, we accept cash, checks and money orders. If you want to mail in your payment you will need to either send in a check or money order. Please do not send cash in the mail. Checks and money orders should be made payable to City of Fenton.​​​​​​Payments made in person will be accepted between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm – Monday through Friday.​​​

Online payments ​​​​

​If your ticket was filed PRIOR to August 15th, 2020 - you can pay your traffic payment online at www.TrafficPayment.Com or by calling 1-800-444-1187.  Not all tickets are payable online. The online payment is only available for tickets where a court appearance is not required. If you are unsure, please contact the court at 636-343-1007 ext 0.


if your ticket was filed AFTER August 15th, 2020 - you can pay your traffic payment online by going to https://www.courts.mo.gov/pbw​  - If there is a technical problem with the website or the payment process, please contact the Office of State Court Administrators help desk at 888-541-4894 for assistance. If you have questions about the amount, please contact the court at 636-343-1007 ext 0. ​​


​​• If you were involved in an accident you MUST appear in court on your scheduled court date.• Speeding in a construction zone is a mandatory court appearance. ​

• If you got a speeding ticket – you can come to court and request to attend a driver improvement class in lieu of points being assessed to your operator’s license.  ​
