The City Administrator is responsible for coordinating the City's day-to-day operations and administration, under the direction of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.  Duties include personnel and budget administration, inter-governmental relations, and organizing and implementing the Board of Aldermen's policies.

The City's management team consists of the City Administrator, City Attorney, City Clerk, Court Administrator, Finance Director, Public Works Director, Community Development Director, and the St. Louis County Police, Fenton Precinct Commander.
