Land Aerobics

Basic Information

  • To participate in Land Aerobics classes a Session Card or Daily Aerobics pass must be purchased.
  • Must be 16 years or older to participate.
  • Instructors provide multiple modifications for all fitness levels.

Session Card Dates: April 29 through August 16
*All session cards expire August 23

  • $100 - Residents and Members
  • $125 - Non-Members

Classes

Let’s Get Physical - M/W/F, 5:35 - 6:30 a.m.

Start your day off right with high interval step training Mondays and Wednesdays. Then tone/stretch on Friday with pilates.

  

Core Circuit - M/TU/W/TH/F, 9:15 -10:10 a.m.

Combination of full body exercises and resistance training, we will target strength building, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness through the whole class.


High Intensity Circuit - T, 6:15 - 6:45 p.m.

Relax, breathe and stretch! Strengthen your core and torso muscles while you improve elasticity and muscle tone. 

 

Cardio Circuit - M, 5:15 - 6:10 p.m.

Combination of kickboxing and simple body sculpting dance moves to high energy and 

motivational music. 


Aerobic Circuit - W, 6:30 - 7:25 p.m.

Get your heart rate up during aerobic hits and circuit stations to give your body a total workout!


Aerobic Circuit - TH, 5:30 - 6:25 p.m.

Get your heart rate up during aerobic hits and circuit stations to give your body a total workout!


Ultimate Balance & Core - T, 5:15 - 6:10 p.m.

Strengthen your core while simultaneously working on your balance.

 

Buti Yoga- W, 5:30 - 6:25 p.m.

A movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body, training the core using the Spiral Structure Technique.

 

Pop Physique- M/F, 6:15 - 7:10 p.m.

Come get fit in a new and fun way! Learn a variety of dance moves to keep you in shape and your core strong.
